The good news is that your WINEDS® system probably won’t need any service at all! WINEDS® has extensive online help and an easy-to-follow user manual to consult. However, if you have any questions we’re happy to help. AUSTRALASIAN CUSTOMERS In the unlikely event that something does go wrong, or you need some assistance, Australasian users can contact Thomson Scientific Instruments directly to speak with a trained service engineer. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS International users needing assistance should contact their local International Distributor from whom they bought their system.
