The WINEDS® Benchmark System is an intuitive, high performance X-ray microanalysis system that is the best value money can buy. Being one of the first PC based systems on the market it has set the industry benchmark for how EDX software should look and function.
The WINEDS® Premium System incorporates all the features of the Benchmark System, with the addition of spectrum imaging, digital mapping, point analysis and linescan capability.
